Selwyn House

The Selwyn House Old Girls’ Association (SHOGA) is an informal and energetic group that serves as a link between past pupils and the school. They organize and facilitate regular social events and keep members informed through their website, Facebook page, and email updates. Old girls also contribute to the school as speakers, mentors, coaches, and role models, and support the school through fundraising and scholarships. The association is led by a committee including President Shelly Jackson, Secretary Carolyn Fletcher, Treasurer Felicity Richards, and Members Rebecca Abbot and Philippa Graham. Selwyn House School is an internationally-minded community of learners and leaders, offering a strong curriculum and emphasizing a global perspective. Located in Merivale, Christchurch, the school specializes in the education and development of girls in their formative years, offering co-ed pre-school and boarding options for out of town and international students.
