Sabroso Restaurant has been serving traditional dishes from the Caribbean, Central & South America since 2007. The small, intimate restaurant in downtown Rotorua offers a rustic menu infused with Latino warmth and hospitality. Open at 5pm, reservations are suggested for groups of 8 or less. The restaurant also caters to private functions and offers plenty of parking just outside. The dishes are inspired by recipes and ingredients from the streets and homes of Latin America & the Caribbean, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere for diners.
