Be. Accessible, owned and managed by the Be. Institute, is a New Zealand Charitable Trust with founding partners including Auckland Council, Auckland University of Technology, and Auckland District Health Board. The organization aims to promote diversity and inclusion by focusing on accessibility for all people, with a particular emphasis on disability. With 1 in 4 New Zealanders living with an access need, Be. Accessible seeks to shift the focus from deficit to possibility and support leaders in embracing accessibility as an opportunity for innovation. Together, they are working to establish New Zealand as a global leader in access innovation and create a nation where everyone can thrive.
