★★★★★Popped in to the AA today to ask a question and noticed that the man in front of me was giving the staff a bit of a hard time about some issue. (He was French). The lady serving him I thought, was professional and helpful. She even phoned someone and was quite a while trying to sort out his issue. I felt I had to write something as the lady served me next and I thought she was really helpful. I asked her name,(Tracy) as he was quite abrupt and impatient. Doesn't hurt to be nice to people trying to help you!
